Mobile Music

Sure I have a smart phone.  A 5.0 megapixel camera built in.  No iPhone but I do have a very capable phone.  The one feature I never tapped into though was my Mp3 player and library on my phone.  I kind of don’t like my peanut butter all up in my chocolate.  Ha.  I notice that a lot of people still prefer to have a Zune, iPod or some other audio device for their music instead of their phone.  Just curious, How many people actually use the music capabilities of their phones?

EarBuds Are Not My Buds

Listening to music has been a huge part of my life.  Listening in the car at full blast is my favorite environment.  I also really enjoy cranking up the home stereo.  The 5.1 version of Nine Inch Nail’s “The Downward Spiral” record is amazing on my system.  Headphones are a decent way to listen to my all time favorite records as well.  Then there is the iPod.  I have an amazing iHome iPod dock with you-know-who’s technology on board.  That certainly enhances the experience there.   However, I cannot help but notice how bad the standard earbuds are plugged right into my iPod.  And with no ability to enhance the audio!  The EQ settings in the iPod are below average in my opinion.  I have only listened to my iPod this way a few times and I can say with certainty that it is not the way I will listen to music.  No matter how easy it is.    Earbuds are not my buds!  How do you listen to your music?
