   I ran the installer and it seemed to work perfectly, except when I open Itunes nothing pops up. When I click Window to view the plug-in, it's gone completely. I've tried reinstalling it several times, but nothing works. Any ideas?

   Check to see that you are running iTunes 10.1 or higher. Part of this update is to ensure compatibility with the changes Apple is making to iTunes. This also means we can no longer support iTunes 9 or below. If this is causing issues for you please feel free to contact us at support@bmtdps.com.

   ditto here on the mac system wide beta testing. I'm struggling to find an equivalent for DPS sound quality using other applications, and given that iTunes doesn't native handle FLAC it would be great to get system wide support of DPS enhancement
