   Every time there its some sort of issue with the DPS Plug In, I have hassles de-activating the plug in and re-activating it.

   The Preferences screen in iTunes 10.4 (with the Beta Plug In) has the de-activate Plug In Greyed out.

   Help!

   The Plug In is great but the security around any form of DPS Upgrade or other issue sucks! The website is useless and the Account Management also doesn't allow me to de-activate it so I can re-activate it.

   Guys - make this easier. Worst customer experience ever!

   BTW. I am an IT Professional so this is doubly annoying.

   Sure, I understand. I'll be talking with our web programmer soon about a secure way to implement de-activation via our account interface. I think we all agree this should be an easy and pleasant process.

   EDIT: We've come up with a plan to implement this feature. It is on our todo list.
