I've purchased and used several iTunes plugins, including SRS iWow and VolumeLogic. They were good enough for casual listening until I installed the trial version of DPS. WOW! This plugin blew away any other equalizer I have used, especially when you download specific modules. I tried it with my desktop Power Mac, and my MacBook Pro. I tried with the internal and external speakers. I found the best sound came when I download the specific modules, and then nothing compares. Even the internal speaker on the MacBook Pro sounded so much better.
While music is subject to the listener, I can't think of any reason this plugin would not enhance your listening experience.
