   I'm experiencing a new issue with the DPS plugin preferences screen. When I open preferences window it appears grayed out so clicking on the tabs, e.g. Downloads, does nothing. This was working fine up until about a week ago. I'm sure there is a simple fix, but I've not been able find as of yet.

   Thanks in advance for any help.

   Thanks for the quick response; however, as Murhpy's law would predict, after I wrote the forum post the preference's panel became active again. I'll let you know if it happens again.

   No problem! In speaking with a few of my colleagues we seem to think that iTunes may have been causing the problem. As always, be sure you have applied all system updates and repair permissions on your main HD. Thanks!
