I have a Toyota Corolla S with the six speaker system. If I changed the OEM paper coned speakers with higher grade aftermarket speakers would your system keep the same parameters as original or would there be an enhancement.

The DPS is tuned to optimize the OEM speakers in your Corolla. Changing the speakers will make a difference in the sound but all speakers have vastly different characteristics. It is difficult to say if the effect will be positive or negative as the DPS processor is "expecting" OEM speakers at the end of the signal chain.
Also keep in mind; paper coned speakers have very good acoustic properties! Our favorite studio speakers have paper cones. Just because they are not kevlar or some other exotic material does not mean they are not quality components. OEM speakers are built to last.
