   Since installing the update to the DPS plugin (iTunes 10.1 on Mac), it is no longer licensed. Activating with the registered email and password will not work. The link (on http://dpsplugin.com/error.php?error=1) to reset the password does not work. Neither does the link "Click here to contact us" on the same page.

   If the license needs to be deactived before update and reactivated afterwards it is clearly too late now; also, it would have been nice to know beforehand. But if this is not the problem, could you point me in the right direction?

   The temporary fix for this is to delete this preferences file: User > Library > Preferences > com.Bongiovi.iTunesPlugin.plist

   Empty your trash then restart iTunes and you should be able to activate your computer. If the problem persists or you don't feel comfortable deleting the file just shoot me an email via our "contact us" form and I will be happy to get you back up and running: http://www.dpsplugin.com/index.php?route=information/contact This issue will be resolved shortly!

   Thank you for your answer. I did what you advised, but it didn't work. Then I erased any and all files linked to DPS/Bongiovi, emptied the trash, restarted my computer, downloaded DPS from MacUpdate and installed it. Result: http://dpsplugin.com/error.php?error=2

   Uhm... Help?

   Same problem here.... Downloaded new version. Uninstalled old one. Installed new one. Launched itunes. I got rid of the plist file but my activation simply does not work. I paid for this sucker back in Feb 2010 and got spoiled by using it all the time. Now I can't use DPS until this gets resolved... The activation thing says I used wrong password/email, although I used the one I use to log in to home page. (not the one for this forum). PLEASE help.

   Yea, this one stinks. The simplest fix is for me to reset your activation on my end. Just shoot me an email via our "contact us" form and I will be happy to get you back up and running: http://www.dpsplugin.com/index.php?route=information/contact

   These kinds of issues always have to pop up during the holidays when everyone is out of town! :(

   Willebrord - I reset your activations so you should be good to go.
