It's quite possible. We did a major overhaul of our system and we've seen this issue pop up a few times. The issue is on our radar. I've reset your activation so please try activating again.
Other known issues regarding this overhaul include:
1) "This may not be a trusted site" error in your browser when you visit http://www.store.dpsplugin.com. You web guys out there know why this one is popping up. We will have that one taken care of shortly.
2) A few broken links.
3) Profile downloading is temporarily out of service. We will have this up and running again shortly.
