Here are the answers to a few of the issues that seem to be popping up:
1) I don't have enough time to try the plug-in in the 10 minute demo time:
Just restart iTunes. You will be able to try it for 10 more minutes as many times as you like.
2) I purchased a license but I am waiting for my confirmation code to activate the DPS Plug-In:
Activating the the DPS Plug-In doesn't require any codes. All you have to do is type the email address and password you used to buy the Plug-In into the Registration screen on the Plug-In. Then click Activate. The Plug-In will check to see that you have purchased a license automatically and become active.
3) How many computers can I have active per activation license?
Only one computer may be activated per license. We will be offering a multi-license pack shortly. You may login to your account at http://www.dpsplugin.com/index.php?route=account/login and click the Account tab to see how many activations you have purchased and what computers are currently activated.
4) When will the Windows version be available?
It looks like the Windows version will be available spring 2010!
5) Can I use the DPS Plug-In on my iPhone, iTouch or iPad?
Unfortunately Apple will not allow developers to process the audio stream from iTunes on the iPhone or its other mobile devices. We know the DPS would be a killer app for the iPhone! Maybe if they get enough feedback about this they will change their mind? *hint hint*
