I recently purchased a new machine and sold my previous one. I was unaware DPS needed to be deactivated to do so. I sent a message to support via the website form on Friday and haven't had any luck, so i thought i'd give the forums a shot.
I strongly suggest changing how this process works, as it's incredibly frustrating. Adobe's products have a similar mechanism, however they allow you to deactivate licenses from their website without getting a support person involved.
