I can see needing it for the profile upgrades, because they have to be downloaded but, otherwise, why should it need one? An an experiment, I started DPS without an internet connection (I turned on Airplane Mode), and DPS works fine without it. Many of us here in the US were able to re-create and then control the crash by changing Internet connections, always crashing when Internet was not available. Playing right now with no trouble.</p> <p>If any of you in the forums have Xcode installed and can pull a crash log, please do. We have seen this in the crash logs. </p> <p>On the bright side we did discover a nice performance upgrade once we relieved the DPS from this startup SDK issue.
