It could be done, however a single tool like I mentioned above would be more appropriate as DPS is an integrated dynamic system that includes a powerful mastering eq. This application would work like Mac SW but also give you control over most of the DPS toolbox AND give you the ability to save profiles. We are currently putting our heads together on these options so I'll give you an update when I have solid information on this.

Speaking of an eq, how possible for there to be a DPS eq like the iTunes eq (not the DPS plugin, but the actual adjustable eq in iTunes)?

Our approach to this will be to provide a tool to create profiles. The DPS eq section is a mastering grade algorithm that is much more powerful than the iTunes eq (and sounds better).

The point of DPS is a single button solution. However we know tweakability is a must for many of us so custom profile creation should be an option. The current DPS tuning software is quite complex so we are looking at ways to simplify it for consumer use.

Hi,

I noticed that the beta version of Mac SW had a somewhat equalizer. Will this equalizer be developed into the same kind that iTunes has?

Reason I ask is because I have the DPS + own equalizer setting in iTunes which works perfectly for my speakers and would like to be able to have the same settings in the SW.

Regards,

Andreas
