Sorry about this!
We've discovered a glitch that has filtered some of our incoming support emails. This has been fixed. As far as deactivation goes, we are always on call to help people in this circumstance and I also extend my personal email to anyone with DPS issues: xaqmusic@bmtdps.com

I recently purchased a new machine and sold my previous one. I was unaware DPS needed to be deactivated to do so. I sent a message to support via the website form on Friday and haven't had any luck, so i thought i'd give the forums a shot.

I strongly suggest changing how this process works, as it's incredibly frustrating. Adobe's products have a similar mechanism, however they allow you to deactivate licenses from their website without getting a support person involved.

Thanks!
