Check your playback devices in Windows. You should have a speaker icon in your system tray. Right click on it and open Playback devices. Look at your speaker devices and see if Digital Power Station is enabled. If it's disabled, you won't see it unless you have selected the Show Disabled Devices option, which can be selected by a right click in the Playback window. Digital Power Station should be enabled and set as the Default Device. When it's the default device, you'll see a green check mark. You can enable/disable and make it the default device by right clicking on its icon. You'll also need to set a Default Communication Device, which will be your sound card. When it's set as the default communication device, it will show a green telephone icon. This tells Windows to send output from the Digital Power Station to your sound card.</p> <p>This procedure is for Windows 7. It doesn't work through Windows Mediaplayer, or Adobe Audition. Problem being I use Windows Mediaplayer for pretty much EVERYTHING I listen to.</p> <p>I went through all the steps we went over on the phone and everything checks out from an install situation. I was installing on a fresh reboot and no programs running except the install program, then a reboot. I can hear the test tones when I test both the DPS as the default device and the regular speaker driver.
