Thanks for the request P! We will add this to our list. If the device comes across our bench we will make a profile for it. In the meantime, I suggest trying the various city profiles. When your ears get excited then you have chosen the right one! Thanks for being a avid Bongiovi Acoustics fan...Take care!

I assume you are using the iTunes plugin. Click the "Check for Updates" button in the Preferences window. You will see the SoundSticks II profile there!

Hi - I would like to know which speaker profile to use for the Harmon Kardon Soundsticks that Apple sells for their Macs - I have mine hooked up to a MBPro and by default the speaker selection is Universal 1. I am surprised that there isn't a unique profile for this speaker set. Thanks and cheers

Can't really put my finger on it but the highs and mid-highs have a metallic feel to them

I don't hear much of a difference between Tune A Fish and Dulce Vita Heads, is there? Maybe Tune A is a bit warmer and I like that.

You know what, I'm good with Tune A Fish. Don't worry about it. But I would recommend you get a hold of a pair of these can. They are very nice.

Of course! Based on the sound from the Dolce Vita profile what do you feel is deficient? Without having those headphones in my hand I can't create a perfect profile. However, I might be able to get it based on a few specifics from you.

I like

Good crisp highs but NOT artificially enhanced

Solid mids pushed just a tiny bit forward

Well, you will be able to try it yourself soon! We are almost ready with a version of the tuning software we use that has been simplified a bit for the our users. However, it is fully capable of generating awesome custom profiles. This tuning software is also a fully studio/mastering grade audio processing tool. While the patented Bongiovi processes happen behind the scenes, you will have access to a 10 band fully parametric eq and 2 powerful band split compressors. These are tools all audio engineers are familiar with.

The way it works is we get the audio hardware in question and set it up in our studio in its normal listening configuration. We have a library of songs and movie clips we then use to "get to know" the device. We then use our tuning software (Mac only for now - sorry Windows guys!) to adjust the Digital Power Station's parameters (there are about 120 in total) and "re-master" the sound of the device. We use our ears and our years of experience behind the recording console. We know how these songs sound in the studio and we know the artist's intent so our goal is to bring out the soul and emotion as best as the device's physical limitations will allow. We rely completely on the most sensitive audio equipment in existence...our ears.

The DPS tuning software is like a musical instrument...or a fighter plane. With practice it can do amazing things! It can also wreak total havok if you are not careful and learn the intricate dance of real time remastering. Not to worry though; by starting with an existing profile that sounds close it is not too difficult to make a few adjustments to dial in your own personal tastes.

The Bongiovi team and I are very excited to see what profiles our users come up with! That being said I will get my hands on the Klipsch s4i's. I don't want to leave you guys hanging.

I think "London" is the closest i could find in those "city" profiles. Maybe the feeling is between "London" profile and "M Audio IE10" profile.

Haven't posted here in a long time, but I just got myself an inexpensive pair of HD 202's and the only sennheiser profile is for the 570's. Its ok, but not quite right for me. I'd love to see a profile for these. And maybe even one for the Logitech z906's. a big 5.1 system. Keep up that good work guys always love what you all put out.

Hi there I just enrolled in the Mac beta and i'm using this Logitech Z series profile mentioned above on my Logitech 2.1 THX Certified Speaker System Z623. Seems ok, but i was also wondering if a newer logitech profile could be added, the z4 2.1 profile seems a bit old for the newer speakers, i hope this get's picked up.
By the way the recommended new orleans or las vegas profile are not so good on my speakers.

Hi Joey,

I thought I'd chime in; sorry to be rude. I also have the HF3's and tried the MC3 Profile. It has a lovely open sound to it, but when the music gets a little louder it gets kind of "bass buzzy". I tested other profiles and the buzziness isn't there. I'm listening to 320Kbps by the way; not sure if that makes a difference. I've started using the Portland Preset; that seems to work well, but a specific HF3 Profile would be awesome. I appreciate however that you need to have the earphones to create the preset, so if you can't get hold of a pair, I'll just wait. Thanks for all the hard work.
