Shatner is currently on a cross Canada tour of roughly 6 cities. He'll be here in Toronto on Nov. 4. I might go see his show. His Vancouver show last Wednesday was 3 hours long and had mixed reviews. Still, he's one of the best Canadian performers of the past few decades. I stopped listening to Phish after college! In Rainbows has a similar thing going on but I feel they spent more time sculpting the loops and interacting with them over the course of the song to create more of a shape to each track and the album as a whole. This new records has no shortage of strangeness but it gets stale and turns to noise quickly when you it's just looping.</p> <p>However, I will give it another listen or two.
